Select a suitable place where

Choose a regular time each
day either morning or evening .
Start with 15 minutes a day.

Find a posture where you will
be comfortable and your spine will be erect. Sitting with
feet planted on the floor, hands resting easily, wiggle
around to get comfortable and close your eyes.
Observe your body and
consciously soften any tension. When you are physically

Breath is the key to life and

your breath. As you inhale push out your abdomen like

Take your focus to your

Relax into each breath gathering up all the tension and
blowing it out.
Your mind will start to
wander, gather up each thought put it on a cloud and blow it
out and away with the out breath. Continue to do this until
